Best Headphones/Best Earbuds?
I've been experimenting and testing different brands & styles of headphones and earphones that let ever aspect of a song's beauty shine through, but still haven't quite found that pair that seems to a) live up to the standard the manufacturer says it will and b) doesn't inhibit any element of the music (by having too much or too little of bass, treble, clarity, sound level, etc)
So, to all you audiophiles out there who swear by a certain brand & model of earbud or headphone, any recommendations or reviews would be helpful. I tend to use earbuds on the go (much easier to store with the mp3 player), but I prefer to use better quality headphones (not earbuds) at home.
Money is no object when it comes to my earphones.
I have a set of Bose in ear headphones (earbuds). I have small ears & never liked ones in the ear, but I took a chance on these and really like them. They come with 3 different size tips, and they are a soft silicone. These sound GREAT! I have a hard time focusing at work when everyone around me is noisy, so I pop these in and I can't hear anything else around me but the music. I really think the music sounds rich, and the bass is great. They come with a small carrying case that you wrap the cord around. I would completely recommend these. You can usually find them for $99.
