What Is a Swivel Wall Mount?

A swivel wall mount is a handy little feature if you need to place your television in a tight corner. It allows you to easily turn the television to a suitable angle for optimal viewing. In other words, your television set is not stuck flat in one position on the wall.

For those who want their home theatre to imitate the cinematic experience, a plasma TV wall mount is a good investment to save space and to give a great effect. How do I mount a wall-mounted pull up bar to a cement wall?

I live in an old basement with pretty thick cement walls and was just wondering how I could mount a pull up bar to it. Also, I know I would need a hammer drill, do places like Lowes or Home Depot rent them out?
